If you had to pick a “life verse,” what would it be and why?
Ephesians 2:8 states, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God." This verse emphasizes that salvation is a gift from God, received through faith, and not earned through human effort or works.
Name one person who's had a significant influence on you and tell us why.
Pastor John Piper. He was the first biblical teacher that explained what expository preaching was, and the benefits of it.
What's one fun fact you could share with us about yourself?
I have planted a few grape vines and use the grapes grown at our home to make wine.
If you had to pick your favorite spot in the Bay Area, what would it be and why?
We love the Half Moon Bay Area. We love the beaches and one of our favorite restaurants, the Miramar, that serves the best clam chowder.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you "grew up"?
My dad was in the construction field. It was something I always wanted to do, to be like him.
